I know that life is complicated, and sometimes it feels like no matter how hard you try, you’re stuck in the same patterns.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating relationships, or trying to create a life that feels more meaningful, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and work through the challenges that are holding you back. Therapy is about helping you understand yourself, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build a life that aligns with who you truly are.

My approach is warm and compassionate yet practical and direct. I also believe that humor is a powerful tool in therapy (and in life). Sometimes, being able to laugh—at ourselves, at the absurdity of life, or just in the moment—can be just as healing as deep introspection. Therapy should feel like a conversation—one where you can be fully yourself while also feeling challenged in the ways that lead to growth.

I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to provide research-backed strategies for real change. I also incorporate a holistic, lifestyle-based perspective, helping people create intentional, connected lives that align with their values. If faith is important to you, I am trained in faith-based counseling and can integrate it into our work—but only if that’s something you want.

I work with individuals and couples in both one-on-one and group settings. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or finding balance in a fast-paced world, I’m here to help.
