Finally- freedom, healing, and peace. If you struggle with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, or trauma, I can help. I also provide relationship counseling to couples to improve communication, reconnect to one another, and help heal past wounds. I am passionate about equipping individuals and couples with practical solutions to have the life and relationships they desire.
I take a practical, yet compassionate approach to therapy, drawing from my training in CBT, DBT, and EMDR. This approach allows for a specific plan of action tailored to your personality and needs.
I work collaboratively with you to uncover and address the negative experiences and beliefs that get in the way of the life you envision for yourself. I am passionate about helping people move forward and find freedom and healing from all that can hold us back. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey towards your authentic self.
